1 Cal Plaza, formerly One California Plaza, is a 176-meter skyscraper in Los Angeles' Bunker Hill District. Completed in 1985 to designs by Arthur Erickson Architects, it offers 1.05 million square feet of office space and forms part of the California Plaza project alongside Two California Plaza. The building was named BOMA Building of the Year in 1989 and holds LEED Platinum certification.
