1 Ilica Street is a modern tower block overlooking Ban Jelačić Square on Ilica Street in the Donji grad area of Zagreb, Croatia. Built in 1958, it stands 70 metres tall and is colloquially known as Neboder, meaning "skyscraper," as it was the first business skyscraper in the country.
