1000 North Water Street is a 16-story post-modern office high-rise in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, standing 296 feet (90 m) tall. Completed in 1991 at the close of a late-1980s construction boom, it is the city's twelfth-tallest building. Its light pink facade and windows give it a distinctive look on the Milwaukee skyline. Part of the building is a city-owned parking garage with 1,542 stalls, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security maintains a private section within it for storage and investigations.
