1100 Wilshire is a 37-story skyscraper in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles, completed in 1987 to a design by AC Martin Partners. Its lower 16 floors are mostly parking, with commercial space at street level. After sitting nearly vacant for almost two decades as an unsuccessful office building, it was converted to 228 owner-occupied condominiums between 2005 and 2006.
