161 Maiden Lane is an incomplete residential skyscraper on Maiden Lane in Manhattan's Financial District, designed by Hill West Architects and topped out in September 2018. Standing about 204 m tall, it overlooks the East River. Its foundation relies on soil improvement rather than the deep pilings used by neighboring towers, causing the building to lean three inches to the north. As of 2024, only half of its finishes, including windows, had been installed.
