291 Broadway, also known as the East River Savings Bank Building, is a 19-story high-rise at the corner of Reade Street in TriBeCa, Lower Manhattan. Designed by Clinton and Russell in an inspired Beaux-Arts style, it has a light stone facade with carved columns and medallions at its base. Built in 1911 for the East River Savings Bank, it later served as the YMCA national headquarters from 1949 to 1980.
