750 Seventh Avenue is a 36-story postmodern office skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, on the north side of 49th Street between Broadway and Seventh Avenue. Designed by Kevin Roche of Roche-Dinkeloo, it has a black glass facade and upper setbacks rising in a spiral to an offset glass pinnacle, a form critics likened to a smokestack and a glass pyramid. Completed in 1989, it has been largely occupied by Morgan Stanley since 1994.
