78 Derngate is a Grade II* listed terrace house in the Cultural Quarter of Northampton, England, originally built in 1815. Charles Rennie Mackintosh remodelled its interior in 1916 and 1917 for the businessman Wenman Joseph Bassett-Lowke as his first marital home, and his designs are considered among the first examples of Art Deco style seen in Britain. After use as a girls' school, it was restored to Mackintosh's design under John McAslan + Partners and opened to the public in late 2003.
