90 West Street is a 23-story skyscraper on West Street in Manhattan's Financial District, just south of the World Trade Center. Designed by Cass Gilbert in the Gothic Revival style, it was built from 1905 to 1907 as the West Street Building, with Gothic ornamentation emphasizing its height. Damaged in the September 11, 2001 attacks, it was refurbished and reopened as a residential building in 2005. It is a New York City landmark and a National Register of Historic Places listing.
