970 Park Avenue is a luxury residential cooperative at the corner of Park Avenue and East 83rd Street in Manhattan, New York City. Designed by the firm Schwartz & Gross and built by the developers Bing & Bing, the 12-story building was erected in 1912. In 1987 Martin J. Raynes converted it to a cooperative and added two triplex penthouses with "greenhouse" studies, circular staircases and large terraces.
