Aberthau House is a Tudor Revival mansion at the corner of West 2nd Avenue and Trimble Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, now a facility of the neighbourhood's community centre. Designed by architect Samuel Maclure and built in 1913 on the Point Grey highlands, it was the first notably large residential property in Point Grey, then a separate municipality from Vancouver until 1929.
