The Adam and Mary Smith House is an Italianate house in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, built around 1872 by Adam Smith, who came to do shingle work on the Wisconsin State Capitol decades earlier. Its two-story brick body features scrolled brackets, limestone sills, and dentil molding, with a one-story flat-roofed front porch. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998, the house was moved a short distance east in 2004 to the town square of the Smith's Crossing neighborhood.
