The Ahwahnee is a lodge on the floor of Yosemite Valley in Yosemite National Park, California. Designed by Gilbert Stanley Underwood in National Park Service rustic style and built by the Yosemite Park and Curry Company, it opened in 1927. Its steel, stone, concrete, wood, and glass construction makes it a premier example of that style, and it was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1987.
