Akbarian Timcheh is a bazaar structure in District 12 of Tehran, built in the Qajar architectural tradition and recognized as part of the broader Oudlajan Bazaar complex. Constructed from mud, cob, brick, and wood bound with lime mortar, the timcheh exemplifies the vernacular building techniques and spatial organization characteristic of Persian bazaar architecture from that era. Designated as an Iranian national heritage site, it stands as a cultural property representative of Tehran's mercantile heritage and nineteenth-century urban commercial infrastructure.
