Alexandria City Hall, also known as the Alexandria Market House & City Hall, stands in Alexandria, Virginia. Designed by Adolph Cluss and built in 1871 after a major fire, it was rebuilt as a replica of the earlier building on the site, which had served as a market from 1749 and a courthouse from 1752. The building is in the Georgian Revival style and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
