Allis State Park is a Vermont state park in Brookfield, established in 1928 as the state's second state park. It was named for Wallace S. Allis, who willed his Bear Mountain Farm to the State of Vermont for development as a campground and recreational area. The Civilian Conservation Corps began developing the park in 1932, building access roads, a picnic shelter, picnic grounds and a campground in the National Park Service rustic style. A fire lookout tower stands on Bear Hill.
