The Almshouse is a historic almshouse at 45 Matignon Road in Cambridge, Massachusetts, built in 1850 to designs by Gridley James Fox Bryant in Greek Revival and Italianate styles. Built of stone, it is a prominent example of institutional residential architecture that resembles the prisons of its era. The building, now the site of the International School of Boston's main campus, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
