Amboy station is a former railway depot in Amboy, Lee County, Illinois, built in 1876 as both a headquarters for the Illinois Central Railroad and a public train station. Designed by railroad staff architect James Nocquet after a fire destroyed the original offices on the site, it is a rectangular Italianate building that served as the Northern Division headquarters until 1894. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992, it now operates as a museum.
