The American Airways Hangar and Administration Building stands on the grounds of Fort Worth Meacham International Airport in Fort Worth, Texas. Opened in 1933 at a cost of $150,000, the Moderne-style building was designed by Russian-born architect Abraham Epstein and is the oldest building at Meacham Field. Its southern hangar section occupies about two-thirds of the 235-by-120-foot footprint, while the two-story brick administration block fills the northern third. Fluted cast stone pilasters with bas-relief eagle capitals mark its facade. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 16, 2008.
