Amsterdam Castle, also known as the Amsterdam Armory, stands at 49 Florida Avenue at Dewitt Street in Amsterdam, Montgomery County, New York. Isaac G. Perry built it in 1895 in the castellated Late Victorian style as a National Guard armory for the 46th Separate Company of the New York Army National Guard. It was decommissioned in 1994, listed on the National Register of Historic Places that year, and later converted into a private residence, making it the only armory of its kind in New York converted that way.
