Douglas County, United States

The Arendt Jensen House stands at 1431 Ezell Street in Gardnerville, Nevada, in Douglas County. Built in 1910 in the foursquare "Denver Square" form, it was home to Danish immigrant Arendt Jensen, a merchant prominent in the town. Its Colonial Revival ornamentation and architectural sophistication set it apart in Gardnerville, and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989 along with an accompanying garage.
