The Athenaeum is a gallery of fine arts and performance venue in Alexandria, Virginia, and an important example of Greek Revival architecture. Home to the Northern Virginia Fine Arts Association since 1964, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 and is part of the Virginia Trust.
