Designed by Adolf Loos in 1901, the Ausstellungspavillon der Fa. Siemens & Halske in Liberec, Czech Republic, is a modernist commercial building erected as a trade pavilion for the electrical manufacturer Siemens & Halske. The structure exemplifies Loos's early modernist principles, which privileged functional clarity and reduction of ornamental excess over the decorative historicism prevalent in Central European architecture of the period.
