Avezzano Cathedral, dedicated to Saint Bartholomew, is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Avezzano, Abruzzo, Italy, built in the Renaissance Revival style. Churches have stood on the site since the 11th century, but earthquakes repeatedly destroyed them, and the present building dates from after the great earthquake of 1915. Since 1924 it has been the episcopal seat of the Diocese of Avezzano, replacing the former Diocese of Marsi, whose seat at Pescina Cathedral became a co-cathedral.
