The Basilica of Our Lady of Visitation stands in the Poblacion of Piat, in the province of Cagayan, Philippines, under the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao. Its Romanesque Revival church dates its inception to 1875. Pope John Paul II raised the shrine to minor basilica status on 10 March 1997. Known as the "Pilgrimage Center of Northeast Luzon," it is home to the centuries-old brown Madonna, Our Lady of Piat.
