The Basilica of San Isidoro is a Romanesque minor basilica and collegiate church in León, Spain, built on the site of an ancient Roman temple. Its Christian origins lie in a monastery for Saint John the Baptist erected in the early 10th century. It was rededicated to Saint Isidore of Seville in 1063, when his relics were brought to León, and the Cortes of León met within it in 1188.
