The Basilica of St. Achilleios is an early Byzantine three-aisled basilica on the acropolis of Larissa, Greece, atop Frourio Hill. Excavated in 1978, its foundations date to the mid-6th century. Built with a narthex and exonarthex and originally roofed in wood, it served as the cathedral of the Metropolis of Larissa and is dedicated to the city's patron saint, St. Achilleios.
