The Basilica of St. Hyacinth is a Roman Catholic minor basilica at 3636 West Wolfram Street in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood, part of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Designed by Worthmann & Steinbach in Neoclassical style and dating from 1921, it is a prime example of the Polish Cathedral style, noted for its opulence and grand scale. Pope John Paul II designated it a minor basilica in 2003, and the parish remains active.
