The Basilica of Saint Louis, King of France, formerly the Cathedral of Saint Louis and colloquially the Old Cathedral, is a Greek Revival Catholic church in St. Louis, Missouri, built between 1831 and 1834. It was the first cathedral west of the Mississippi River. Left intact when neighboring buildings were demolished for the Gateway Arch, it is surrounded by Gateway Arch National Park but is not part of it.
