The Belém Cultural Center (Centro Cultural de Belém) is a complex of artistic venues in Belém, Lisbon, Portugal, and the largest building with cultural facilities in the country, with over 140,000 m² of usable space. Built from 1993 in the modern architectural style, with Risco, Manuel Salgado and Vittorio Gregotti credited as architects, it was first constructed to host Portugal's Presidency of the European Council in 1992, with the longer-term aim of providing permanent venues for conferences, exhibitions and performing arts. It holds Immovable Cultural Heritage of Public Interest status.
