The Belleview-Biltmore was a Queen Anne style resort hotel at 25 Belleview Boulevard in Belleair, Florida, designed by Francis J. Kennard and built by railroad magnate Henry B. Plant, opening in January 1897. Its green sloped roof and white wood-sided exterior were distinctive, and its Florida heart pine structure was once the second-largest occupied wooden building in the United States. Partially demolished in 2016, a surviving portion was relocated and restored as The Belleview Inn.
