Bibi Ka Maqbara is a marble mausoleum in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, built in Mughal architecture. Commissioned in 1660 by Prince Azam Shah, son of Aurangzeb, in memory of his mother Dilras Banu Begum, it closely resembles the Taj Mahal and is known as the Taj of the Deccan. An inscription on its main entrance door names Ataullah Rashidi as architect, son of Ustad Ahmad Lahori, the Taj Mahal's principal designer. It is a Monument of National Importance maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India.
