Located in Moscow's Danilovsky District, this brutalist apartment building was completed in 1984 by architects Vsevolod Voskresensky and Vladimir Babad. The structure exemplifies the stark, geometric vocabulary of brutalism with its bold concrete forms and imposing massing characteristic of late Soviet residential design. Designated as a candidate heritage site in Russia, the building represents an important example of Moscow's late twentieth-century architectural legacy.
