The Bond Building is a Beaux-Arts office building at 1400 New York Avenue NW in downtown Washington, D.C. George S. Cooper designed it in 1901, and Charles Henry Bond built it at an estimated cost of $300,000. After a developer applied for a demolition permit in 1979, a D.C. Superior Court judge blocked the demolition in 1980. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
