Borreby Castle is a fortified manor house near Skælskør in Slagelse Municipality, in the south-west of Zealand, Denmark. Its present main building was constructed in the mid-16th century for chancellor Johan Friis. The estate was acquired in 1783 by Joachim Melchior Holten Castenschiold and has remained with his descendants since. The main building and several others are listed on the Danish register of protected buildings, and a barn from 1593 has been converted into a theatre and music venue.
