The Brannen-Devine House at 209 E. Cottage in Flagstaff, Arizona, was built in 1892 as a 30-by-40-foot brick house on a stone foundation. It is a vernacular Queen Anne cottage, considered a good representative of its simple, locally popular form. Pioneer J.M. Brannen was its original owner, and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.
