Boston, United States

Exterior only
Visible from the street; the inside is private.
The buildings at 825–829 Blue Hill Avenue are three-story Colonial Revival apartment buildings in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood. Designed by Samuel Levy and built in 1924 for Herman Barron, they occupy a triangular corner lot at Blue Hill Avenue and Calder Street. Their street facades are laid in seven-course Flemish bond brick with concrete corner quoining, and the main entrances on Blue Hill Avenue sit beneath gabled porticos supported by Tuscan columns. The buildings were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.
