The Diocesan Shrine and Parish of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, commonly known as Bulakan Church, stands in Brgy. San Jose in the municipality of Bulakan, Bulacan province, Philippines. Built as a stone structure in the 19th century, the church blends Neo-Byzantine and Romanesque Revival styles in its architectural vocabulary. Originally established as a parish within the Roman Catholic Diocese of Malolos, it has served as a significant religious center under the Vicariate of the Immaculate Conception. The church was designated a Marked Historical Structure of the Philippines by the National Historical Institute in 2007, with a historical marker later installed to commemorate its place in the nation's cultural heritage.
