The Burbank–Livingston–Griggs House is a house in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and the second-oldest on Summit Avenue. Designed in the Italianate style by Otis L. Wheelock of Chicago, it was built from 1862 to 1863 for James C. Burbank, a wealthy owner of the Minnesota Stage Company. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 as one of the state's most elaborate mid-19th-century Italianate buildings, and later became a contributing property to the Historic Hill District.
