Burgruine Hartneidstein is a ruined castle near Wolfsberg in Carinthia, Austria, built around 1300. During the Ottoman–Habsburg wars of the 16th century, Ottoman raiding parties burned its various outbuildings, though the castle structure itself survived intact. The keep received its last major maintenance in 1724 when it was re-roofed, after which the fortress gradually fell into disrepair and was abandoned to ruin by 1825. It remains a listed historical monument.
