The Burgwin-Wright House is a Georgian-style historic house in Wilmington, North Carolina. Built in 1770 for merchant, planter and government official John Burgwin, it stands on the original walls of a former city jail dating to about 1744, and its outdoor and sub-basement jail cells remain. It is the only colonial-era structure in Wilmington open to the public.
