Butler Place Historic District is a 42-acre area east of the central business district of Fort Worth, Texas, built in the Colonial Revival style. Financed by local and federal money, it opened in 1941 as a public housing development of 412 units, replacing the dilapidated Chambers Hill neighborhood. It was named for Henry H. Butler, a Civil War veteran who became the city's first African American teacher. The National Register of Historic Places listed it in 2011.
