The Carolus Borromeuskerk is a Roman Catholic church on the Hendrik Conscienceplein in central Antwerp, Belgium, and a protected monument in the Baroque style. Built in 1615–1621 as the Jesuit church of Antwerp to a design by François d'Aguilon, it closed in 1773 and was rededicated to Saint Charles Borromeo in 1779. It was formerly known for 39 ceiling pieces by Peter Paul Rubens, lost in a fire when lightning struck in 1718.
