Casa Bonaventura Ferrer stands at 113 Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona, with its rear facade at 6 Riera de Sant Miquel. Designed by Pere Falqués i Urpí in the Modernisme, or Art Nouveau, style and erected in 1906, it is known locally as "El Palauet" for its beauty and reduced size. Listed as a heritage asset since 1979, it was remodeled in 2010 as a luxury boutique hotel.
