Situated on Montjuïc in Barcelona, the Casa de la Premsa is a historicist pavilion designed by Pere Domènech i Roura and completed in 1929. Executed in the neo-Mudéjar style, the building reflects the architectural vocabulary of late-1920s Catalonia, drawing on decorative traditions associated with medieval Islamic Spain. Now designated a Cultural Asset of Local Interest, the structure survives as a representative example of early twentieth-century pavilion architecture in Barcelona's prominent hilltop cultural district.
