Casa Paoli is a biographical museum housed in a historic house in barrio Cuarto, within the Ponce Historic Zone of Ponce, Puerto Rico. It was the birthplace and childhood home of tenor Antonio Paoli (1871–1946), where he was introduced to art and opera. The house became a museum in 1987 to honor his career, and it was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
