The Casino de Toledo in Toledo, Spain—officially known as the Center of Artists and Industrialists—represents a 19th-century eclectic design that blends Renaissance and Mudéjar traditions. Architect Felipe Trigo y Seco de Herrera orchestrated this synthesis, incorporating Renaissance elements into the façade's configuration while employing brick in the distinctive Mudéjar style. The four-story building, crowned by a tower with chamfered corners that frames the main entrance, exhibits varied exterior materials: granite in the plinth, portal, corners and ornamental details; brick in the openings, trim, and turret; and masonry in the wall panels. The structure reflects two distinct construction phases—the original section dating from the 1920s and a later addition from the 1960s. Designated as a bien de interés cultural, the building was partially acquired in 2015 by a Saudi Sheikh for conversion into an Islamic interpretation center.
