The Castle of La Mota (Castillo de La Mota) is a medieval fortress in Medina del Campo, province of Valladolid, Spain. It takes its name from the elevated hill, or mota, on which it stands and from which it dominates the town and surrounding land. The state has protected it since 1904, first as a national monument and later as a Bien de Interés Cultural.
