The Churches of the Vall de Boí are a group of nine Early Romanesque churches in the Vall de Boí, in the Catalan comarca of Alta Ribagorça, Province of Lleida, Spain. Built between the 11th and 12th centuries, they are an especially pure and consistent example of Lombard Romanesque architecture and pictorial art, known for the richness of their interior paintings. UNESCO has designated them a World Heritage Site. In the early 20th century, the interior paintings were removed to the National Museum of Catalan Art in Barcelona and replaced with in-situ reproductions.
