Draft 2 is the most grounded in its attribution, but the source names Luigi Storari only in the fact sheet, while the Wikipedia text credits Ermetes Pierotis as conceiver and Lukowitz as completer. The description should note the Gothic Revival style, brick construction, and the 1847 to 1856 span without adopting a single architect as settled fact.
The Cathedral of Evangelismos, also called the Cathedral of the Annunciation, is a brick trilateral basilica in Alexandria, Egypt, and the seat of the Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa. Built in Gothic Revival style, it serves the city's Greek community. Its cornerstone was laid in 1847 and the work was marked complete in 1856. Historian Donald M. Reid describes it as neo-Gothic rather than neo-Byzantine.
